Eye Exercise
- Take some times to blink your eyes as fast as you can.
- Close your eyes tightly and hold it for sometimes and then open it. Do this for 5 times.
- Roll your eyeball in clockwise and anticlockwise direction for 5 times.
- Look as far as possible while you are walking.
- Take a look at the advertisement board or any signboard and try to read it by focusing your eyes. You also may read any written materials from a far place.
